Annual increment – this is based on a review of your performance and results achieved during the year.

National Wage Agreements – your salary rises in line with cost of living increases, as determined by the national wage agreements.

Profit Share Bonus/Approved Profit Sharing Scheme (APSS) – your contribution to the company’s profits is recognised by the payment of a bonus through the Approved Profit Sharing Scheme. Through this scheme, your bonus can be taken as cash or shares (or a combination of both).

Staff Pension Scheme – Aviva Group Ireland plc staff members are eligible to participate in a hybrid pension scheme. This provides defined benefits up to a salary cap. Above the salary cap, the company contributes a 6% of salary above the salary cap into a defined contribution retirement account. In addition, the company will match additional voluntary contributions (AVCs) up to 3%.
