Annual increment – this is based on a review of your performance and results achieved during the year.

Staff Pension Scheme – Aviva Group Ireland plc staff members are eligible to participate in a hybrid pension scheme. This provides defined benefits up to a salary cap. Above the salary cap, the company contributes a 6% of salary above the salary cap into a defined contribution retirement account. In addition, the company will match additional voluntary contributions (AVCs) up to 3%.

Save As You Earn (SAYE) scheme – you may save towards the purchase of Aviva shares at a discounted price under a Revenue approved SAYE scheme where the share price is set at the outset of the savings period.

Holiday Saving Fund – allows you to save for holidays over a 12-month period. You are free to withdraw the amount of your target savings from the fund at any time.
