Technical Assessment

Technical Assessment is a method of formalising  our training needs analysis approach. All staff sit an on-line assessment of their core technical (product, systems and processes) knowledge. This allows the company to have an objective measure of staff’s strengths and technical development needs.

All staff members have access to a state of the art on-line learning solution – Learning World from Aviva Group Ireland plc. This means that the most up-to-date learning tools will be available to all staff through our internal intranet system. The learning methods are interactive and involve simulations, case studies and skill-briefs. Each course has inbuilt tests to check understanding and provide the user with instant feedback.
