As part of our performance management process we'll agree a development plan for you, to make sure you receive the right training and development.
We know our people need new experiences to achieve their full potential. We aim for effective development through our 70:20:10 ratio:

  • 70% learning from experience (projects, assignments, moving within areas)
  • 20% learning through others (feedback, coaching, mentors)
  • 10% learning from instruction (formal courses, reading, online articles)
