Complaints - General Insurance

If your complaint is in relation to Motor, Home, Commercial, Travel and Farm insurance, please see below.

How to make a complaint:

  1. If you arranged your cover through an intermediary initially then you should direct your complaint to the intermediary or company through whom you arranged your cover.
  2. Alternatively you can contact the Customer Feedback Management Team on 1850 36 37 38, address your correspondence to Customer Feedback Team, Aviva Insurance (Europe), One Park Place, Hatch Street, Dublin 2, or email complaints@aviva.ie
  3. If, after following Steps 1-3 above your complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction you should write to the:
