Cash Requests

We understand how important it is for you to access your money easily and quickly so there are a number of ways for you to take money from your policy.

Before taking money from your policy, you might like to consider all the options available. You may have the option to take a partial cash request, full cash request, take a regular income or switch into other funds.

Visit our Fund Centre to see up to date information on how your funds are performing.

Before taking money from your policy it is a good idea to talk to your financial broker to discuss your options.

What Information Do I need to give you?

Before we can process your Cash Request we may need some documents from you to verify your identity and current address. This helps us protect you and your money.

So we can give you your money as quickly as possible please include these documents with a completed Cash Request Form.

How do I make a withdrawal?

By Phone

You might be able to make a full or partial cash request over the phone. Please call us on 1890 64 64 64 or 01-86987950.

If we cannot process your cash request over the phone we will guide you through your other options.

By Post Please complete the Cash Request form and return it to our Customer Experience Team. Our address is Aviva Life and Pensions, One Park Place, Hatch Street, Dublin 2.
By Email Please complete the Cash Request Form and scan by email to csc@aviva.com.

How long will it take to get my money?

We will process your cash request once we get all your documents. Please make sure you give us an up to date phone number and email address in case we need to contact you.

The price date used for your Cash Request will be based on the day after we get all the requirements.

It normally takes 5 working days for your Cash Request to be processed.

How will I receive my money?

Your money will be sent to you by EFT. All you need to do is provide your bank account details on the cash request form.

  • EFT is the most secure way for you to get your money.
  • Once money is paid your bank account you will be able to access it straight away.
  • It is faster than posting, lodging and clearing a cheque.
