  • Nationwide, 24/7 mobile service
  • On-the-spot cover and repair or replacement
  • No form to fill out
  • You don't make the initial payment – we'll handle all costs and administration
  • No limit on the cost of repair

How to make a claim through your regular garage:

  • Call us on 1890 666 888 to notify your claim. Once the claim is notified to us you can settle payment with your garage, then send the invoice and a completed claim form to:
    Claims Service Centre,
    Aviva Centre,
    Knocknacarra,
    Galway    . 
  • We will reimburse you for up to a maximum of €225 (for private policies only)
  • Download and complete a windscreen claim form (PDF 54.4KB)
