How to make a claim through your regular garage:

• Call us on 1890 666 888 (or contact your broker) to confirm your cover and request a claim form or download and complete a windscreen claim form
• Settle payment with your garage, then send the invoice and a completed claim form to:
  Claims Service Centre,
  Aviva Centre,
  Knocknacarra,
  Galway. 
• We will reimburse you for up to a maximum of €225 (for private policies only)
