Free accompanied driver cover offer

Accompanied driver cover is only available on an existing Aviva private car insurance policy and to Aviva Driving School customers who purchase a package of 10 or 13 driving lessons and have completed at least one lesson when the Aviva policyholder applies on behalf of the pupil. When a pupil has availed of accompanied driver cover, no refund is available for unused or cancelled lessons from the original package of lessons purchased. A policyholder who wishes to add a pupil from our Driving School to their policy must apply for accompanied driver cover either through the Aviva call centre or their branch, as this cover is not automatically included when a lesson course is purchased.

The following terms and conditions apply to the €200 voucher

1. The voucher is available to Aviva Driving School Ireland Limited pupils ("Pupil", "you" or "your") who purchase a 10 or 13 lesson pack from Aviva Driving School Ireland Limited between 10th September 2010 and 30th June 2012 and who have availed of 6 months free Accompanied Driver Cover on an Aviva private car insurance policy. The voucher and it’s unique reference number are issued by e mail with the lesson pack new Order Confirmation advice from Aviva Driving School Ireland Limited. A Pupil may use only one €200 voucher. The voucher cannot be used as a deposit or exchanged for cash.
2. The voucher applies to an Aviva car insurance policy issued only in the Republic of Ireland.
3. Should the Pupil cancel part or all of the lessons package with Aviva Driving School Ireland Limited, the voucher offer ceases to apply.
4. The voucher is valid for use by the Pupil against the pupil’s first car insurance policy premium with Aviva Insurance Europe SE where the policy is incepted within a period of 24 months from the date of the purchase of the lessons pack from Aviva Driving School Ireland Limited.
5. All purchases made through Aviva Driving School Ireland Limited are subject to a 14-day cooling off period. Once you have not availed of any services during the 14 days you may cancel the purchase and obtain a refund in full.
6. The voucher obtained for Aviva Insurance Europe SE from the Aviva Driving School Ireland Limited can only be used by the Pupil who availed of the 10 lesson pack corresponding with the unique reference number on the voucher.
7. . Aviva Driving School Ireland Limited products and driving lessons are not interchangeable and are not transferable to other products and/or other pupils.
8. Aviva Motor Insurance is underwritten by Aviva Insurance Europe SE and is subject to normal underwriting, qualification and acceptance criteria.

The following terms and conditions apply to the €100 voucher

1. The €100 voucher (“the Voucher”) is available to an Aviva car insurance policyholder who (i) has added a pupil of Aviva Driving School Ireland Limited to their Aviva car insurance policy under the free 6 months accompanied driver cover which is available from Aviva Driving School Ireland Limited on the purchase of a 10 or 13 lesson pack; and (ii) on expiry of the free 6 months accompanied driver cover has added the same Aviva Driving School Ireland Limited pupil as a named driver onto the same Aviva car insurance policy; and (iii) renews their Aviva car insurance policy following the addition of the named driver to their Aviva car insurance policy; and (iv) retains the Aviva Driving School Ireland Limited pupil as a named driver on their policy following renewal for the entire term of their Aviva car insurance policy.
2. Accompanied Driver Cover is only available on private motor cars insured on a private motor policy by Aviva where either the policyholder or a named driver on the policy holds a full EU licence for a continuous period of two years in respect of the vehicle category.
3. The Voucher cannot be used as a deposit or exchanged for cash.
4. The Voucher and it’s unique reference number are issued by e mail with the lesson pack new Order and free 6 months accompanied driver cover Confirmation advice from Aviva Driving School Ireland Limited.
5. The Voucher is available to Aviva customers who add a pupil of Aviva Driving School Ireland Limited as a named driver to an Aviva car insurance policy between 10th September 2010 and 30th June 2012, following the expiry of the 6 months free accompanied driver cover.
6. In the event that the Aviva Driving School Ireland Limited pupil cancels part or all of the pack of lessons with Aviva Driving School Ireland Limited, the Voucher offer shall cease to apply.
7. All purchases made through Aviva Driving School Ireland Limited are subject to a 14-day cooling off period. Once any of the services have not been availed of during the 14 days the purchase may be cancelled and a full refund obtained.
8. Vouchers obtained for Aviva Insurance Europe SE from the Aviva Driving School Ireland Limited can only be used by the Aviva car insurance policyholder who has added the Aviva Driving School Ireland Limited pupil to their Aviva car insurance policy under the free 6 month Accompanied Driver Cover offer corresponding with the unique reference number on the Voucher.
9. Aviva Driving School Ireland Limited products and driving lessons are not interchangeable and are not transferable to other products and/or other pupils.
10. Aviva car insurance is underwritten by Aviva Insurance Europe SE and is subject to normal underwriting, qualification and acceptance criteria.

50% saving on private car insurance offer

Any reduction off a Aviva private car insurance premium is subject to the pupil undertaking the driving lessons and successfully reaching test standard. The discount is based on a private car insurance quotation without the provisional licence loading and no claims discount. The discount is subject to change and is dependant on individual circumstances at the time of quotation.

Terms & Conditions of Aviva Driving School Ireland Limited

The person taking the driving lessons must have a valid Irish provisional licence or Irish learner permit at the time of taking the driving lesson. Lessons are non-transferable and can only be used by the pupil booked on the driving lesson. All driving lesson(s) purchased must be taken within 12 months from date of purchase. Otherwise, after 12 months there will be no refund on any remaining unused driving lessons.

Discounted ‘Off Peak’ lessons must take place and be completed before 12pm from Monday to Friday.

Fulfillment of Essential Driver Training (EDT) lessons is subject to the approval of the driving instructor.
