A new governance regime for With-Profits funds in Ireland was introduced by the Central Bank of Ireland in 2018.  The ALPI DAC Irish With-Profits Fund is subject to this since 29/03/2019 and With-Profits Operating Principles (WPOP) documents outlines how the company complies with it.

The Friend First Participating Fund and Friends First Closed Fund is subject to the new regime since 01/01/2020. The information below relates to the Aviva Irish With-Profits Fund. The Friends First Participating and Closed Fund WPOPs are located on the Friends First website.
