This provides cover against all risks relating to loss of or damage to the buildings you are erecting

Employer’s liability

This covers your legal liability if anyone working on your project is injured or becomes ill as the result of an accident.

If you are held responsible for an injury, we will pay up to €13 million to cover:

• Legal costs associated with defending a claim
• Your employee’s costs in bringing the claim against you, if the claim is successful

Public liability

This covers your legal liability if a member of the public is injured or if their property is lost or damaged as a result of your building work.

We will pay up to €2.6 million.

Legal protection

This covers you for a range of legal costs that may arise, including:

• Legal defence
• Property disputes
• Personal injury and contract disputes
