- Commercial Renewals Flexibility
We will work with our customers and extend flexibility on the renewal process on a case by case basis.
- Premium Instalments
Working with our customers on a case by case basis, we may extend the collection period for 30 days, up to and including 15 May, 2020.
- Commercial Premises Closure/Temporary Closure
We are extending the existing cover in respect of material damage / business interruption to insured premises that are temporarily unoccupied up to and including 30 June, 2020.
- Commercial Policy Cancellation
We continue to honour existing policy terms and conditions and, where a policy is cancelled, we will refund relevant premiums where such a rebate is due to the customer.
- Home working – home insurance
We continue to provide working from home cover to customers when they work from home. Cover is also extended to all home business equipment as standard up to the contents sum insured.
- Minimum & Deposit Policy Endorsement
Where customers have policies with minimum and deposit clauses, we will review these and, on a case by case basis, will not insist on the minimum and deposit premiums where exposures have reduced during the crisis period.
- Renewal Grace Periods
Can be facilitated on a case by case basis
- Extension of cover for business premises
We will support requests for a change of property use during the crisis for businesses impacted by Covid-19 restrictions.
- Payment of suppliers
We continue to pay all suppliers promptly when invoices or payments are due.
