How do I start my Claim?

What information do I need to give you?
Whichever way you choose to contact us there is some information that we ask for:
- Name of person who has died
- Date of Birth
- Date of Death
- Cause of Death (if known)
- Policy Number (if known)
- Your relationship to the deceased and who will act on behalf of the estate
- Contact details and your preferred method of correspondence
What happens next?
A claims advisor will review the information provided and will contact you to take you through the next steps.
If there is any other information or documents that we require, your claims advisor will update you.
