We also send you a yearly statement telling you how your investment is performing.

The prices of most our funds are updated regularly on our website. You can also compare funds, review fund performance and view fund information.

How do I change my address?

Alternatively you can send us a signed instruction confirming your new address – this can be scanned and sent to us by email or sent by post to our office.

I have a policy with a conversion option, what are my options?

A Conversion option allows you to change your cover to another guaranteed plan, at any stage throughout your plan, without you needing to give us any new evidence of your health.

The easiest way of reviewing your conversion options is contact your financial broker. Alternatively you can call our customer service team on 1890 64 64 64.

If your have a plan that covers you for life cover only, cover under your new policy can be for as long as you need, as long as cover ends before your 90th birthday and the term of your new policy is for 50 years or less.  If two people are covered under your policy, cover must end before the older of the two people reaches age 90.

If your have a plan that covers you for specified illness, cover under your new policy can be for as long as you need, as long as cover ends before your 75th birthday and the term of your new policy is for 40 years or less.  If two people are covered under your policy cover must end before the older of the two people reaches age 75.

How do I remove the automatic premium increase (indexation option) from my policy?

Can I switch the funds in which my policy is invested?

You can switch the fund you are invested in to a fund(s) that are available on your policy. There is no charge to switch funds.
