What to do in cases of

Lost or stolen property

Report the theft to local police and get written confirmation of your report.

Return the report form with full details of the property that was lost or damaged, together with any supporting receipts or documentation.

Lost luggage

Report the loss to the airline or their handling agent. You should do this before you leave the terminal.

Theft of money

Report the theft to local police and get written confirmation of your report.

Flight cancellation

Return the report form with the reason for cancellation, supported by the booking invoice (from the tour operator) and medical certificate.

Medical non emergency

Return the report form with details of the illness or injury. Include original receipts or accounts for expenses incurred abroad

Delay or missed departure

Return the report form with written confirmation of the duration of the delay together with the cause from the carrier.

Personal accident

Return the report form with full details of the accident or injury.

Legal expenses

Return the report form with full details of the expenses incurred.
