If you are encountering problems logging in:
Ensure that you are registered for MyAviva Car.
If you are not yet registered, activate MyAviva now Ensure you are not logged in to your account on another device.
You may not be able to access MyAviva if you have recently exited MyAviva without logging out. For security reasons you will need to wait 10 minutes until you can log on again.
For any changes made to your car policy through the call centre a €25 administration fee will apply.
