Update your bank account details
If you are currently paying for your Aviva policy through a bank account with either KBC Bank Ireland or Ulster Bank Ireland it’s important to update your bank account details with us as soon as possible to ensure your policy remains in place.
You can update your bank account details by following the steps below:
Life & Pensions customers
If you have a protection, pension, or savings and investment policy with Aviva, you can change your bank account details with us by:
- Updating your details in your Aviva Online Service Centre Account.
If you are not already registered, you can register via Online Service Centre Registration). (Recommended option as quickest and easiest) - Using the switching service with your old bank.
- Completing a new Direct Debit Mandate and email to csc@aviva.com
Car & Home customers
If you have a car or home insurance policy with Aviva, you will need to contact our customer service team to update your bank details.
They can be contacted on 1800 332 211. (Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm)
