Yes you can. Both policies must be registered at the same address.  You will be eligible for a 15% discount off both policies at their next renewal date. You can also avail of a free multi-trip European travel policy, which is valid for 1 year.

Where the policies are not in the same name, please call 1800 335 577 to avail of the offer.

You do not need to purchase both policies at the same time. The first policy will not be eligible for a 15% discount until renewal. However, you may be eligible for other discounts such as our online discount, or a no claims discount.

The second policy will be eligible for a 15% discount when it is purchased.^{Footnote [1]}

You can move to Aviva at any time. You should be aware that if you cancel your policy mid term with another provider you may be charged cancellation fees so you may want to consider waiting until your existing policy is due for renewal.

You can redeem your free travel insurance as soon as you have purchased a second policy. You will have 6 months from your second policy’s purchase date to redeem your free policy.

If you have an existing travel insurance policy you should avoid a dual insurance situation by either cancelling your existing policy or waiting until it is due for renewal and then lapsing before taking out your free cover. You have 6 months to activate your free travel insurance policy.

Yes. You will get a 15% discount when you buy car insurance online (subject to a minimum premium of €310) and 25% discount when you buy home insurance online (subject to a minimum premiums of €230 for home).

The loyalty discount does not affect your eligibility for a Multicar discount.

The 15% loyalty discount will be applied at renewal to your car and home insurance policy.

You will be invited to renew your Multi-Trip European Travel policy once the one year free period is over. Policy documentation will be sent to you and it will set out the premium payable if you wish to renew.

The Offer is not applicable to Mid-Term Adjustments. The Aviva Loyalty Discount is only calculated on the start date or renewal date of your policies.

Both of your policies must be active for the Offer to apply.

If you cancel one of your policies, your remaining policy will no longer be eligible for the Aviva Loyalty Discount at its next renewal.

You must hold one active car policy and one active home policy in order to avail of a free multi-trip European travel policy.
