Day six of the Harrington family’s Great Aviva Road Trip took them from the wild landscapes of Donegal down to the scenic town of Carrick-on-Shannon in County Leitrim. Resting After a Day on the River
Later, the family checked into the Bush Hotel, where their room featured a double bed and two singles, perfectly suited to the four of them. The hotel’s warm welcome and attention to detail made it an ideal base to unwind after a day on the river and exploring the town. That evening, they enjoyed a peaceful walk before dinner, reflecting on both the highlights of the day and the road trip so far.
The Harringtons ended the day feeling relaxed and content, ready to continue their Great Aviva Road Trip tomorrow, which promises more Irish landscapes, family fun, and memorable experiences.
