Aviva Online Service Centre is available exclusively to Users who must be aged 18 years or over. If you do not qualify then do not use Aviva Online Service Centre.

Your responsibility and ours

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and secure. We also recognise that fraud can occur even when you’ve taken reasonable precautions.

 We will investigate any reports of unauthorised access and determine responsibility based on the circumstances of each case.

If you report suspicious activity to us promptly, we'll work with you to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible

When we might suspend your access

We may temporarily suspend your account if:

  • We detect unusual activity that suggests unauthorised access
  • There's a specific security threat to your account
  • We need to protect you or our systems from fraud.

If this happens, we'll contact you as soon as possible to explain why and help you regain access, unless doing so would compromise security or fraud prevention efforts.

Changes to our security

We may update our security procedures to keep your information safe. If we do, we'll tell you what's changing and what you need to do. We'll give you reasonable notice to comply with any new requirements.

Aviva Online Service Centre is intended solely for the use of residents of the Republic of Ireland (which term, for the avoidance of doubt, excludes Northern Ireland). This Website is established in the Republic of Ireland and is subject to the laws of the Republic of Ireland and in the event of a dispute you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Ireland.
