How to cancel your car policy
Manage it yourself in MyAviva and avoid the €25 customer service admin fee, applied to some requests. See our terms of business for details.
You can request to cancel your car policy through MyAviva.
Just follow these steps:
- "Log in" to MyAviva and select "Manage policy" for the policy you wish to cancel.
- Under Cancel Policy, click "Cancel this policy".
- Follow the on‑screen steps to review and confirm your cancellation.
