How to request a copy of my car policy documents

You can request additional policy documents through MyAviva.

Just follow these steps:

1. "Log in" to MyAviva and select "Manage policy" for the policy you wish to request a document for.
2. Under the heading Request Documents, click  "Request additional documents".
3. Click "Create new request" and follow the on-screen instructions.
4. Complete the on‑screen drop‑down fields and select the document you wish to receive.
5. Once all required fields are completed, select "Send Request".
