How to access your no‑claim discount document

Your no‑claims discount document is always available to view or print whenever you need it with MyAviva

Just follow these steps:

1. Log in to MyAviva and select Manage policy for the policy you wish to request your no claim discount letter.
2. Under Policy Documents, choose View, download and request documents.
3. Select Request additional documents, then click Create new request.
4. Complete the on‑screen drop‑down fields and select No Claim Bonus.
5. Once all required fields are completed, select Send Request.
