MyAviva gives you round‑the‑clock access to view and print your car certificate and disc.

    Your cert & disc will be available once all outstanding documents have been uploaded

Manage it yourself in MyAviva and avoid the €25 customer service admin fee, applied to some requests. See our terms of business for details.

Make sure your printer:

Has A4 white paper
Is set to print in portrait
Is set to print in colour

Your disc is designed to the following specifications:

Disc width 85-95mm
Disc height 70-80mm
Green band width 8-12mm

Just follow these steps:

  1. Log in to MyAviva and select Manage Policy for the policy you want to view.
  2. Under Policy Documents, choose View and download documents.
  3. Click Agree and access to unlock your certificate.
  4. Your certificate and disc will be available to download once all outstanding documents have been uploaded.
  5. Download or print your certificate directly from your browser.

Success! You have now printed your car certificate and disc.

Step 1: Log in to MyAviva.

Step 2: Select “Manage policy”

Step 3: Select “Policy documents”

Step 4: To access your cert & disc, select “Agree and access” and you’re good to go

Step 5: Your cert will be unlocked, and you can select it from your documents list

Step 6: Print or download your certificate from the browser and don’t forget to print on a colour printer.

No colour printer? No hassle!

If you're unable to print your certificate and disc, you can request it to be issued via post.

Just follow these steps:

  1. Log in to MyAviva and select Manage policy for the policy you wish to request your disc.
  2. Under Policy Documents, choose View, download and request documents.
  3. Select Request additional documents, then click Create new request.
  4. Complete the on‑screen drop‑down fields and select Certificate and Disc Reprint.
  5. Once all required fields are completed, select Send Request.

Success! We will action your request within 3-5 working days. However, please note that we can only provide you with a copy of your current certificate when your policy is on full cover.
