Manage it yourself in MyAviva and avoid the €25 customer service admin fee, applied to some requests. See our terms of business for details.

With MyAviva, your class of use document/letter of indemnity is available to view and print whenever you need it.

Just follow these steps:

  1. Log in to MyAviva and select Manage policy for the policy you wish to request your indemnity letter for class of use.
  2. Under Policy Documents, choose View, download and request documents.
  3. Select Request additional documents, then click Create new request.
  4. Complete the on‑screen drop‑down fields and select Indemnity letter for Class of Use.
  5. We will require some additional information for you to provide, including your employer’s name and employer status (Government organisation or registered charity) that you will need to include on the request.
  6. Once all required fields are completed, select Send Request.
  7. The document will be available on MyAviva once we have actioned and an email will be sent to confirm document is available.

Success! We will action your request within 3-5 working days. Once available you will be able to view/download the document under the Policy Documents section on MyAviva.
