You can choose to receive your policy documents online and help us to reduce paper usage.

Requesting your policy documents online

Requesting your policy documentation to be sent via MyAviva.

Just follow these steps:

"Log in" to MyAviva and select "Manage policy" for the policy you want to update.
Under Preferences, choose "Update how you receive documents".
Select "Yes" to receive documents via MyAviva, then click "Save" contact preferences.
