How to register for MyAviva?

With MyAviva you can view your documentation and make changes to your policy

Registering for MyAviva

To create your account, please use the email you used when purchasing your policy.

Just follow these steps:

Select Register for MyAviva.
Enter your policy number and date of birth.
If your account is located, registration instructions will be sent to you by email.
Open the email and select Create your account.
Follow the on‑screen instructions to set up a secure password.
A confirmation message will appear confirming your password has been successfully set up. Select Continue to login.
You can now log in using your email address and secure password.

Success! You have now registered for MyAviva.

Step 1: Select Register for MyAviva

Step 2: Enter in your policy number and date of birth

Step 3: If the account is with us, registrations instructions will be sent via email

Step 4: On the email select “Create your account”

Step 5: You will need to follow the instructions on screen to create a secure password

Step 6: A confirmation message will appear on screen confirming your password has been setup successfully. Click on the ‘Continue to Login’

Step 7: You will now be able to login with your email address and secure password.

Step 7A and 7B: If at any stage you forget your email or password, you can reset these by choosing the options displayed on screen

Step 8: If you need to change your email address that have set up to log in with, you will need to contact us.
