Cash Requests

You may be able to take a partial cash request, full cash request, a regular income or switch into other funds. Visit our Fund Centre to see up-to-date information on how your funds are performing.

Then talk to your financial broker about your options before you take any action.

What we need

If you want to make a withdrawal from your insurance policy, make sure you understand how it works.

Before we can process your cash request we may need some documents from you to verify your identity and current address. This helps us protect you and your money.

You should include these documents with your completed cash request form so that we can process your request and give you your money as quickly as possible.

Select the cash request form that matches your policy type. This form will also give you details of any extra information we may need.

How to make a withdrawal

How will I get my money?

Your money will be sent right to your bank account by Electronic Funds Transfer. All you need to do is give us your bank account details on the cash request form.

The price date used for your cash request will be based on the day after we get all information we need.

It normally takes five working days for your cash request to be processed.

  • EFT is the most secure way for you to get your money
  • Once money is paid into your bank account you will be able to access it straight away.
  • It is faster than posting, lodging and clearing a cheque.
