What we need

To get your claim started, we'll need some basic details from you

  • Name of the person who has died
  • Date of Birth
  • Date of Death
  • Cause of Death (if known)
  • Policy Number (if known)
  • Your relationship to the deceased and who will act on behalf of the estate
  • Contact details and how you want us to communicate with you

What happens next

On of our experienced claims advisors will review the information you give us and then contact you to take you through the next steps.
