AVIVA’s solidarity with frontline healthcare workers shines bright as Aviva stadium lit up in HSE Colours of Green & Red

Aviva Stadium light up in HSE colours

27 March 2020, Dublin: Aviva Insurance Ireland will tonight light up Aviva Stadium, the iconic home of Irish soccer and rugby, in the corporate colours of green and red of the Health Service Executive (HSE) in solidarity with all frontline healthcare workers of whom we are asking so much during the Covid-19 crisis.  Aviva Stadium will be lit in the HSE colours from 8.30 – 10.30 p.m.

Following on from the national show of gratitude at 8 p.m. yesterday evening when so many joined together to let healthcare workers know how grateful we are as a nation for all that they are doing, Aviva wanted to join them with a visible showing of gratitude as well.

Commenting Brian Mahon, Aviva Insurance Ireland said: “We are all intensely aware of the enormous demands that are being place on all healthcare workers during this crisis and the risks that they are taking to help save lives.  We hope that by lighting Aviva Stadium this evening in the HSEs colours, half red and half green will be a further showing of the gratitude and esteem in which we all hold them.”
