A new governance regime for With-Profits funds in Ireland was introduced by the Central Bank of Ireland in 2018.  The ALPI DAC Irish With-Profits Fund will be subject to this from 29/03/2019 and With-Profits Operating Principles (WPOP) documents outlines how the company complies with it.

The Friend First Participating Fund and Friends First Closed Funds will be subject to the new regime from 01/01/2020. Applicable WPOP documents will be uploaded in due course. The information below relates to the Aviva Irish With-Profits Fund only and not to the Friends First Participating or Closed Funds.

With-Profit Operating Principles

The guides differ depending on how you've invested in with-profits (Unitised or Conventional), so pick the one that's appropriate for you.

With Profits Committee
