Requesting additional documents via MyAviva.
Just follow these steps:
- Log in to MyAviva and select Manage policy for the policy you wish to request a document.
- Under Policy Documents, choose View, download and request documents.
- Select Request additional documents, then click Create new request.
- Complete the on‑screen drop‑down fields and select the document you wish to receive.
- Once all required fields are completed, select Send Request.
Success! We will action your request within 3-5 working days. If you the document is not on the list on MyAviva please contact us.

Step 1: Log in to MyAviva.
Step 2: Select “Manage policy”
Step 3: Select “Policy documents”
Step 4: Scroll down and select “Request additional documents”
Step 5: Select “Create new request”
Step 6: Complete the three questions on screen
Step 6B: Depending on the document type you may be asked for additional information to provide
Step 7: You should now see confirmation that the request has been made.
Step 8: Your documents will be issued within 5 workings day by your chosen method of communication.
