With MyAviva Car it is easy to manage your car policy online.

MyAviva Car allows you to do many amendments online.

Here are the top 10 popular policy changes online:

  1. Permanently switch your policy to another car
  2. Temporarily transfer your policy to another car
  3. Add a driver permanently to your car policy
  4. Temporarily add a driver to your policy
  5. Renew your policy online
  6. Amend your email address and licence type
  7. View your car insurance cover details
  8. Download car policy documents including Schedule, Receipts and Confirmation of Changes.
  9. Change your MyAviva Car log in password
  10. Opt in to viewing your policy documentation online

Please note: It is not always possible to make policy changes in MyAviva. If you want to make a change to your policy out of office hours (Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm), please ensure in advance that you can make your policy change in MyAviva. If you encounter problems ring us on 1890 33 55 77 (Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm).

For any changes not available on MyAviva the €25 administration fee will be waived.

If you are encountering problems logging in:

  • Ensure that you are registered for MyAviva Car. If you are not yet registered, activate MyAviva now. 
  • Ensure you are not logged in to your account on another device.
  • You may not be able to access MyAviva if you have recently exited MyAviva without logging out. For security reasons you will need to wait 10 minutes until you can log on again.

Please note: For any changes made to your car policy via the call centre, where the change can be made on MyAviva, a €25 administration fee will apply.
